The Role
As a the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will work closely with our experienced Business Development Director to contribute to our company's growth.
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and Techniques. Outreach to key contacts of targeted clients via different channels and successfully engage them for meetings/conversations.
Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess their needs and determine their fit for our solutions.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential clients to provide them with relevant information and address their inquiries.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Sales Team Support: Assist experienced SDRs and BD Directorswith administrative tasks and lead generation activities.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field with minimum 1 year experience in a payments related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- A passion for learning about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
