Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales and Marketing Manager at Confidential - Culinary in Temecula, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. Must be able to work sales shifts on site, at local farmers markets and cross promotional events. The Retail Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations across several selling platforms, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.

- Proven experience in retail sales management and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent follow through
- Social Media Proficient
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
- Ability to create and manage capital investment campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of market research and trends
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively
- Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
