Details:
- Physician run organization with peer collaboration
- New patients are scheduled at 40 minute intervals and follow ups are 20 minutes
- On average the daily schedule is less than 20 patients per day
- Balanced work life; Clinic Hours 7:30 - 5 Monday - Friday
- Practice Call - Phone call only 1 week every 6 months
- Exclusive focus on complex senior patients
- Small panel size is: 400-500 patients
