- Own the UKG Pro HRIS platform—ensuring it’s accurate, secure, and running smoothly
- Configure and scale the system to support growth, with a focus on employee and manager self-service
- Drive system upgrades, new module implementations, and seamless integrations with business partners
- Be the go-to expert for training employees and managers on system features and best practices
- Lead the HRIS integration for new company acquisitions and optimize workflows
- Provide high-impact reporting and insights that directly influence business decisions
- Identify and implement system improvements to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and support audits with accurate data
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HRIS administration, with expertise in UKG Pro
- Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and reporting

- Knowledge of multi-state HR laws and compliance requirements
