The Client
Our client, a global private equity company, is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the managing partner and his team on the direct investment team. With offices across the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, this PE firm is well established has been active in the PE space for the last 50 years. This firm specializes in funds and co-investments, direct PE, real estate, and private debt. With about 30 in their Midtown office, including two administrators, they are known for having a professional and good-natured environment.
The Role
The role of an Executive Assistant will predominantly support a team of seven executives as well as ad-hoc office management duties as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management
- Heavy Travel Arrangements: both international and domestic
- Expenses
- Coordination of quarterly board meetings
- Office Management duties as required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a polished and resourceful individual with a naturally high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- 3 plus years in administrative roles
- Relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably financial services
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thrives in fast-paced environment
- Warm and personable team player to join their hardworking and tight-knit team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Comp/Benefits
- Salary: $90k to $95k
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
