*This is a contract-based role (1099 position)
Location: Our factory/office is located in Compton, however, most of this job involves traveling around the OC/Riverside area visiting customers, retailers, buyers, etc.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining long-term partnerships with Diamond, and becoming a key retail partner for all associates within the designated territory. You'll share our purpose and passion for making a real difference in the health, wellness, and lives of others.
Location: Orange County/Riverside
Responsibilities:
•Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within established trading partners.
•Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective accounts through various leads and resources.
•Travel to key retail locations and provide fun, insightful training into our products and selling processes in both one-on-one environments as well as large groups.
•Manage multiple accounts.
•Engage RSAs (Retail Sales Associates) in ways to promote and educate the end consumer on our products and the benefits of sleep.
•Attend key industry trade show twice a year, bringing in current and prospective clients.
•Learn and continuously update knowledge of product you present to clients.
•Keeps management informed of activity, including timely preparation of reports.
