Services and grows both existing and new accounts, while acting as liaison to resolve client issues and op

ortunties.
Establishes monthly call cycle to achieve sales, profit goals and identify
accoun needs.
Maintains communication with accounts to ensure proper stock levels, retail sales and services, and identify area
s
of opprtunity.
Maintain accurate, current data on each customer including practice/office demographics, staff, call
and sale history.
Compile data on prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet web site
s
, and othr sources.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline of prospective new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Ability to research and qualify prospects and show them how Natura Bissé can partner to help them grow their serv
ice and retil profits.
Attain a mandate of new business growth by successfu
l
ly opening ew accounts.
Manages to and achieves sales and targets per ac
count, withinthe SE Region
Works closely with the Senior Manager–Hotel and Day Spa to customize strategy, marketing plans and activities to each account to achieve sales goals and targets. Review marketing initiatives an
d
strategy wit each account.
Review and analyze orders for each account. Work closely with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable to manage order processing and coordinate the ac
counting/invoicng of accounts.
Partner with Spa, Education and Marketing teams to ensure requests and requirements are met and executed for each account using correct M
a
rketing Requestforms and tools.
Work closely with accounts to identify opportunities for events with sales goals and incentives for the team to support the increase of sales targets, deliver exceptional exper
iences and brand uilding moments.
Works in partnership with spa to grow their social media platforms, with
a focus on NaturaBissé partnership.
Collaborates with Education Center of Excellence for training and event needs. Plan and execute trainings in partnership with the Spa Experience Trainer. Records and
tracks all trainingevents per account.
Creates feedback loops to the br

nd; shares feedbackwith in-house teams.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor’s products, service offerings, demographics and customer needs, behaviors, and react
ions. Shares insightswith management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience leading/managing spa/retail/POS stor
es/
counters/regions in luxury beaut
y busness; preferably in the beauty indstry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
