Job Responsibilities/KRAs:
- Will manage transformation work for large P&C carrier.
- Will own execution per contract, maintaining & publishing test SLAs/metrics and ensuring those SLAs/metrics are compliant per agreement, managing talent pool.
- Understand and align delivery as per soft commitments.
- Will critically review the client delivery with respective leads across multiple modules to ensure delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Will be responsible for detailed review of various development artifacts – developed code, unit test cases and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Continuously monitor and improve on operational efficiencies as part of delivery process and contribute to new strategic initiatives across the program.
- Will closely work with account leadership and onsite leadership to ensure program alignment and make quick adjustments as needed for success of the program.
- Collaborate closely with onsite and client team to forge successful partnerships for delivery excellence.
- Own value addition as part of delivery culture.
Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications etc.
- Overall experience of 13 -16+ years with 4+ years of experience in project management (development or support initiatives), and 2+ years of experience in the role of Delivery Manager.
- Domain Knowledge & Experience
- Good knowledge & experience on P&C domain.
- Good to have P&C domain certifications.
- Development Knowledge & Experience
- Good knowledge & development experience preferably on Java, React, Spring boot and Cloud technologies
- Good to have knowledge Agile methodology.
- Leadership Experience
- Solid management & leadership experience on development projects and programs. Must be a proven leader with work and people.
- Must have good experience on executing projects in managed services & fixed cost model and using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Must have direct exposure to managing clients at US.
- Should have good experience in project tracking and good understanding on project management metrics related to Cost, Revenue, Team Strategy, Pyramid structure etc.
- Must have good leadership credentials in terms of certification (PMP, ACP, SAFe), training, etc…
