Must Haves To Qualify:
To be considered, candidates must live within a 2-hour commute to one of our CA offices (Los Angeles or San Francisco)
This position is primarily remote with occasional in-office visits which are very infrequent and on a limited basis (implementation of a system, training, etc.)
Additionally, candidates must have extensive experience with Intapp Suite (Intake, Terms, Integrate) to qualify for this role.

Position Overview:
The Legal Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our legal applications, databases, and records management systems. This role focuses heavily on the Intapp suite and SQL database management to ensure system stability, security, and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and configure legal applications, including the Intapp suite (Intake, Terms, Integrate) and FileTrail, ensuring high performance and compliance
- Database Management: Administer cloud-based and on-premises SQL databases, handling backups, restorations, and performance optimization
- Records Management: Support records management systems and best practices for data governance
- Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting for legal applications and databases
- Security & Compliance: Implement data security measures and ensure adherence to legal and firm policies
- Documentation & Training: Develop system documentation and conduct training sessions for staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in law firms managing legal applications
- Extensive experience with Intapp suite (Intake, Terms, Integrate)
- SQL database management experience
- Familiarity with records management systems
- Experience with FileTrail or other records management tools preferred
- Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent problem-solving skills
