Hiring: Restaurant Area Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: up to $75,000 + 25,000 Annual Bonus Potential
A well-established restaurant group is seeking experienced Restaurant Area Leaders (District/Area Managers) to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in the Northern part of East Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Allocate resources to meet operational goals and ensure smooth restaurant performance
- Analyze and track operational trends to identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of General Managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations
Requirements:
- Previous multi-unit supervision experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) or food industry
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within a designated East Texas territory
- Hands-on leadership approach, with a focus on team development and creating a positive workplace culture
- Availability for a 50-hour, 5-day work week, including weekends as needed to meet business demands
- Strong coaching and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity and dedication as a team player
