Soni is a rapidly growing recruiting firm headquartered in New York City. Our Founder and CEO is looking to hire a dynamic Assistant who has the tenacity to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The role aligns with corporate operations, event planning, and executive support. This position has a path towards growth.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Support CEO and Founder; manage CEO calendar, itinerary, and prepare any relevant materials; business and personal.
- Establish ownership and execution of time-sensitive tasks which includes all initiatives relating to Office of the CEO (OCEO).
- Run point on all company events and OCEO communications.
- Effectively project manage tasks from inception to completion.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pivot quickly and identify inefficiencies company wide.
