Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a law firm in the South Twin Cities Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate court appointments and meetings.
- Manage documents related to attorney-client interactions.
- Provide general administrative support to legal staff.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in personal injury/insurance defense.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office (including MS Office 635).
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
