They are a nimble, fast-paced, innovative team with the opportunity to make an outsized impact on the business and the industry.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Engagement Rep Manager to lead a team of sales development representatives, drive revenue growth, and meet team quotas. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excels in lead generation and closing deals, and fosters a positive, high-energy culture focused on innovation, learning, and accountability.
What YOU get to DO at this award-winning product company:
- Grow and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in Austin, TX or Boston, MA, initially serving as both a player and a manager.
- Generate and qualify leads to fill the sales pipeline, nurture prospects to boost conversion rates, and coach SDRs to advance their sales careers.
- Set sales goals, develop onboarding programs, collaborate with marketing on demand generation initiatives, and create sales plays and scripts.
- Monitor team performance, foster internal and customer relationships, and report key sales metrics regularly.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this high profile role:
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or subscription-based software
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals, deep understanding of CRM systems, and excellent communication skills.
- Be an outgoing, creative self-starter, based in Austin, TX or Boston, MA, with prior tech start-up experience and sales experience targeting a DevOps audience.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels is also important.
