Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
Duration: 6-8 month contract
Pay: $23.50-25.00/hour DOE

Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an administrative professional to provide front desk and departmental support for a well established Healthcare Technology company in Seattle, WA! In this vital position, you will ensure smooth and efficient office operations, provide exceptional service to employees/guests/vendors, and directly support leadership and facilities teams!
- Build positive relationships with employees, managers, and customers to create a welcoming office environment.
- Share office announcements and address facility-related questions promptly.
- Help onboard new employees by giving tours and sharing best practices for maintaining office standards.
- Ensure employees follow building and data security measures (e.g., visitor policies, document disposal).
- Monitor routine facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support conference room bookings based on meeting size and priority.
- Manage office badges for employees and visitors, including capturing photos.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining confidentiality and tracking.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to stay within budget.
- Adapt and prioritize tasks as part of the national facilities team.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team to plan office events that foster community and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of general office/administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude toward all tasks, big or small.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Some physical activity required; must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
