Our textile client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team!
This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Pay rate: $20/hr
Location: DTLA
REQUIREMENTS
- Be a “Problem Solver”
- Help with customer tickets on our CRM (www.gorgias.com)
- Help customers via Shopify POS in-store
- Follow up with B2B customers via CRM, email, and phone
- Help coordinate swatch fabric program
- Participate in retail visual merchandising
- Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels
- Performs other duties as assigned
