Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on best practices for Dataiku, including model development, deployment, and management.
Project Management: Lead the design and implementation of data-driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, share insights, and drive the adoption of data solutions.
Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, providing technical support and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Architecture Design: Contribute to the design of scalable data architecture and workflows within Dataiku.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, data quality checks, and testing protocols to ensure reliable outputs.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and models within the Dataiku environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience using Dataiku.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dataiku and its functionalities (e.g., visual recipes, code recipes, model deployment). Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other data manipulation languages.
Project Management: Proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects and leading technical teams.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
