I've partnered with a top-performing community bank in the country looking for a skilled Middle Market/C&I lender to join the team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial lending and deposit relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and business professionals, while ensuring compliance with bank policies
**This is a Hybrid role being in office 2 days a week**
Key Responsibilities:
- Reinforce superior customer service and engage in business development by soliciting new prospects, participating in community affairs, and educating clients on the bank’s products and services.
- Build a banking team in Southern California, cultivate relationships with commercial bankers, and track progress using key performance metrics to ensure market growth.
- Ensure audit compliance, implement cost controls, maintain financial industry knowledge, and apply decision-making techniques within approval limits to contribute to the bank's profitability.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the C&I/Middle Market space.
- Must reside in Southern California.
