About our position
We’re looking for a Software Implementation Consultant with strong skills and experience to deliver product solutions that will enable clients to increase organizational performance and deliver transformative educational programs. In this role, the consultant will deliver implementation, support, and training services for our TopClass LMS product.
What you’ll be doing
- Configuring software solutions and other supported tools, initially focusing on the TopClass Learning Management System.
- Supporting clients on maintaining their use of, or extending solutions as needed for, TopClass and other ASI-affiliated products.
- Performing data conversions and data cleanup.
- Providing website support, configuration, and navigation using the ASI suite of products.
- Delivering client training as either part of implementation, public online classroom, at your desk or client specific, as assigned.
- Providing sales support for product fits and RFP responses.
- Meeting team (and individual) established billable production targets.
- Focusing on excellent service quality, with on-time and on-budget delivery, performing all work in accordance with the terms of the TopClass Agreement and other agreements as applicable.
- Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What we want you to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in Learning Management Systems and HTML/CSS preferred but not required.
- iMIS experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Certified TopClass Administrator required at start of employment or achieved within 90 days of employment.
