The Role:
As a Loan Officer Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Loan Officers and ensuring a smooth mortgage application process for our clients. You'll be the key liaison between clients, loan officers, and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Loan Officers with daily administrative tasks and client communications
- Gather and organize client documentation for loan applications
- Perform initial review of loan applications for completeness
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Prepare and distribute loan packages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
- Answer client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with marketing efforts and lead generation activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and company products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
