The team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join their Industrials Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving deal execution, client relationship management, and business development activities. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the industrial sector.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to support transaction execution.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
