Job Title: Engineering & Construction (E&C) Engineer III
Location: Wheaton, WI & Shakopee, MN (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Construction Contracts: Lead the management of several construction contracts, ensuring full adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Provide technical expertise and responses to contractors' inquiries (RFIs) in coordination with a full engineering team.
- Project Coordination: Balance your time between the office and field, managing contracts, meeting project deadlines, and driving progress across multiple locations.
- Travel to Project Sites: Expect site visits to Wheaton, WI (1-3 days/week) and Shakopee, MN as needed to ensure project success.
- Stay Organized: Maintain project schedules, manage documentation, and work closely with project managers and contractors to keep everything on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in Project Management and Construction Management, ideally with infrastructure or energy sector projects.
- Strong understanding of multi-discipline engineering, technical contract management, and field oversight.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams to coordinate project schedules and collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage both office-based tasks and on-site work seamlessly.
