Job Title: HR Analyst/Recruitment Coordinator

Position Description:
As a Recruiting Analyst, you will coordinate all phases of phone and onsite interviews with candidates, including travel requests, candidate communication, hiring team coordination, and confirmations. This role serves as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates; effective communication and organizational skills are critical.

- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with changing priorities
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills to support the team
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and follow up with a sense of urgency on all matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of communicating effectively with all levels of executive management
- Ability to handle confidential matters and information
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong business acumen
Experience Required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Taleo, Hodes, Kenexa)
- Experience in scheduling interviews and making travel arrangements
- Experience working with different time zones
Education Required
- High School Diploma or GED
