Personal Assistant/Family Assistant - Greenwich, CT $110-$130K + bonus
Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM or 11AM-7PM, in-person
Work from home when the family are away.
A dynamic and welcoming family in Greenwich, CT is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant/Family Assistant. The household is lively with four children aged 16, 13, 11, and 8, and the role will involve providing key support to the wife/hands on mother to ensure the smooth running of family life. The mother, a grounded and kind stay-at-home parent, is now looking to transition back into philanthropic work. The father holds a high-profile position in finance, and has a reputation for being a wonderful employer—we successfully placed his Executive Assistant who takes care of all his administrative needs.
The older children are becoming more independent, and a nanny assists the younger children. The mother still enjoys managing the school runs and family meals herself. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can make this role their own, working closely with the mother as her first true PA at home and assisting with her involvement in family philanthropy and various board positions.
