Key Responsibilities
- Installed, programmed, and maintained EcoStruxure systems across commercial projects, ensuring smooth functionality and high performance aligned with current industry standards.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify system issues, providing timely repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Integrate EcoStruxure platforms with other building management systems, collaborating closely with project managers and mechanical construction teams.
- Deliver technical support and system training to clients, ensuring they maximize the potential of EcoStruxure solutions.
- Document all service activities thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for compliance, reporting, and system optimization.
- Stay current on industry advancements in EcoStruxure technology and other building automation solutions, applying this knowledge to improve service procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certified in EcoStruxure service and maintenance, with a strong understanding of Schneider Electric's products and technologies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with building management systems, preferably within commercial mechanical construction.
- Proficiency in building automation software tools, diagnostics systems, and integration of automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to convey technical information to clients.
Additional Requirements
- Local candidates or those with a stable and reliable work history in the Reno, NV, area are highly preferred.
- Experience with energy efficiency, intelligent building technology, and sustainable construction practices is a plus.
