Our client is seeking a sales rep in their downtown LA sales office. Reps are in the office a couple of days per week. This position is with a publicly traded industry-leading company.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of advertising products and services, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space and solutions to businesses and organizations in banking and commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client’s needs and develop customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in advertising sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of advertising products and services, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a 4-year degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience
