LSP are seeking an experienced Life Science Recruitment Consultant specializing in perm recruitment to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in the life sciences sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about matching top talent with contract roles in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare industries.
As a Recruitment Consultant – PERM, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to securing placements with leading organizations. You’ll build strong client relationships, identify market trends, and develop talent pipelines to meet the growing demand for specialized contract professionals in the life sciences sector.

- Experience with 360 recruitment, ideally within life sciences
- Self motivated go getter whose passionate about building a lucrative book of business
- Understanding of the life sciences industry and the unique demands of contract recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
