We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our client's team and play a key role in advancing their investment platform. In this role, you will collaborate across various teams to document business requirements, design system flows, and implement solutions that drive platform efficiency and innovation.
NOTE: This is a hybrid role and requires 3-4 days on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from clients, internal teams, and external vendors
- Create process flow diagrams to visualize system components and operational workflows
- Design and implement interfaces for the investment platform’s software and services
- Assess third-party solutions to enhance platform functionality
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to support platform initiatives
- Develop and execute test plans, and assist with onboarding, user acceptance testing, and production launches
- Strengthen platform workflows, data controls, and end-to-end monitoring capabilities
- Leverage your experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, Snowflake, and relational database design for system integrations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems development, or application implementation
- Subject matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: software development, application implementation, or data integration
- Comprehensive understanding of front office systems, trading operations, and the full investment management lifecycle
- Proficient with CI/CD practices, cloud platforms, system interfaces, and database management
- Skilled in SQL, programming, cloud concepts, and system integration
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, Jira, and other Agile tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
