Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Experience
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to fill a first shift opening with a Manufacturing Company located on the West Side of Michigan. Must have experience with machine repair, electrical troubleshooting experience is ideal.
Requirements of the Maintenance Electrician
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- PLC Programming experience - Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
- Electrical blueprint reading and troubleshooting experience
- Journeyman electrician preferred
- Possession of tool set including all standard hand tools required to perform repairs on production equipment
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician
- Schedule, assign, and assist the maintenance personnel in completion of their tasks
- Plan / schedule Preventative Maintenance
- Provide leadership with on-the-job training
- Troubleshoot various electrical and mechanical components including PLC controls
- Assist with the maintenance of machine breakdowns and PM's
