10 + years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator Map Editor use and features Version 5.2.x.x and above
10 + years experience with IBM SCBN SaaS Inflight service use and features
10 + years experience with IBM SCBN SaaS Configuration Hub service use and features
10 + years experience with IBM SCBN SaaS Document Tracking service use and features
10 + years experience with IBM Support Services, Support Case use, and management
10 + years with SAP SD ERP application concepts, interfaces, and use Sales Orders
Provide EDI production operations support and issue resolution as needed and and/or as directed.
