Operations Accountant must have a strong inventory management background and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all aspects of inventory management to include proficient knowledge in all inventory entry, recipe writing and POS software/programs, conducting inventory process training, and ensuring that all Pelican facilities have the inventory management support needed to eliminate inventory roadblocks that would otherwise negatively impact success in delivering exceptional service to the guest. Assists in establishing clear processes, standards, and protocols. The position must work closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, IT, Restaurant General Managers, Director of Restaurant Operations, the R&D Chef, Brewing personnel and Merchandise Manager and reports directly to the Controller. Proficiency in IT database management and Accounting Information Systems is highly desirable
