Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Network Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues, ranging from network connectivity to warehouse equipment issues. Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex system. Collaborates internally and externally in brainstorming, designing, developing, and implementing new solutions as well as suggesting tools, technologies, and best practices to lead continuous improvements on existing systems and networks. Overtime may be required, including weekends.

Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs moderately complex systems.
Management of IT Assets in a warehouse environment, including Smartphone/Desktop/Laptop/ Printers hardware.
Able to diagnose and resolve moderately complex system hardware, software, network and user issues.
Run various diagnostic programs for troubleshooting or monitoring purposes.
- Collaborate across cross-functional departments (e.g., Warehouse, Application Engineering, and business teams) to solve high impact incidents with a sense of urgency by providing quality and accurate information.
- Build relationships with Warehouse Operations team by spending time on warehouse floor to learn their workflows to effectively assist with technical issues when they arise.
- Prioritize tickets on IT Helpdesk CRM (Fresh Service) to ensure local and remote users receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner.
- Perform research independently by asking clarifying questions, gather relevant data, and resolve the manner using a data driven approach.

Familiarity with deploying network Hardware: printers/routers/switches.
Proficient computer skills as an independent user
Knowledge of Cisco Meraki is a benefit.
Experience Requirements
At least 4 years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Wireless survey experience or certification such as ECSE is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
