As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing IT solutions tailored to specific projects, systems, or business needs within the organization. This position focuses on the technical intricacies of individual solutions, providing a narrower scope compared to broader architectural roles.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical designs
- Oversee the successful execution of solutions
- Ensure that the proposed architectures are technically feasible, high-performing, and scalable, effectively addressing the unique challenges of each project while aligning with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead the solution design process by collaborating with various stakeholders, project teams, and product teams to develop project proposals, conduct proofs-of-concept, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment with technology standards, industry models, and design objectives as defined by enterprise architecture and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
- Requirements Evaluation: Assess business requirements in the initial project stages to identify appropriate software, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns that meet business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Lines of Business (LOBs), product owners, enterprise architects, information security, IT delivery, data engineering, compliance, and operations to facilitate effective collaboration on programs and projects.
- Technology Innovation: Identify and recommend emerging technology solutions in the eCommerce, hosting, and integration sectors to optimize costs, enhance efficiencies, provide added value, and improve security while minimizing risks.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experiencein a systems or solutions architect role, with a comprehensive understanding of domain architectures, including Business, Data, Application, and Technology.
- Expertise: creating solution artifacts and diagrams that illustrate data flow and separate logic from data views.
- Proficiency: in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and Kafka for real-time data streaming, as well as experience with integration Platform as a Experience: Spring Boot for building microservices is highly desirable, along with familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge: of JavaScript frameworks, particularly Next.js, component-driven architecture, and content management system (CMS) development would be beneficial
- Expertise: with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation is also a plus for enhancing user experience through secure authentication.
