As a Director of Major Projects at Michels Power, your primary responsibility will be researching and pursuing large-scale projects rather than day-to-day operations. Collaborating with the Vice President, you will establish strategic goals and oversee teams to ensure the successful pursuit and hand off these major projects to construction.

What it takes?
- Full-Time experience working in a construction field based or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 7-10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Project management experience in major projects
- Considerable experience in client management on project pursuits, as well as in project delivery
- Understanding and experience with win strategies, pricing and project scheduling
