We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Digital Support Specialist to join our clients team and play a key role in supporting both the Marketing and Digital teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients digital initiatives by providing operational, analytical, and administrative support. Your efforts will help ensure that marketing campaigns and digital experiences are seamlessly executed, while continuously improving the effectiveness of both.
As a Marketing and Digital Support Specialist, you will work cross-functionally to implement strategies that enhance their digital presence and marketing efforts, supporting everything from project coordination to data analysis. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to collaborate across teams to optimize processes and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives: Assist the Marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are on schedule and aligned with business goals. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, track project milestones, and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate Digital Projects: Work with the Digital team to manage and support the execution of digital projects, including updates to the digital banking platform. Ensure smooth project coordination by tracking timelines, managing resources, and facilitating communication between teams.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing and digital performance data. Utilize insights to assess campaign effectiveness, member engagement, and digital platform usage, identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Member Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing and banking projects. Facilitate communication and approval processes to keep projects on track.
- Research and Industry Trends: Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and financial services. Provide recommendations to improve digital strategies, tools, and member experiences.
- Platform Support and Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the digital banking platform, ensuring it remains functional and optimized for user needs. Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Documentation and Training Support: Help maintain updated documentation for internal use, ensuring training materials for the Marketing and Digital teams are accurate and relevant. Support the team in training sessions when new tools or updates are introduced.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and digital projects.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital project support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with an understanding of marketing performance metrics and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms is a plus.
