JOB OVERVIEW:
We're looking for a go-getter to join our Carlsbad office! You'll work directly with our billion dollar production ownership team providing their clients with exceptional customer service and a fast, efficient closing experience.
ABOUT US:
Our unique mortgage brokerage is family in size, but big in volume and we're looking for a team member to setup files and manage the active loan pipeline. You'll be working in a fun, business casual environment, with freedom to operate, lead by a husband and wife team whose volume has been ranked in the top 150 in the nation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open escrow and order title
- Request insurance policies and changes
- Order payoffs, VOE's subordinations
- Retrieve documents and coordinate with all 3rd parties
- Speak with prospective clients to obtain information and build rapport
- Answer incoming calls from vendors and clients
- Occasionally assist LO's and team members with admin needs
EXPECTATIONS:
- Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized
- Must be a people person with a knack for follow up
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to multi-task with changing priorities and frequent interruptions
- Overtime may be offered in high volume environments
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Some college preferred
- 1 year mortgage/real estate/escrow experience preferred
