The firm is undergoing substantial growth and we are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to successfully lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to meet timelines and budgets.
- Successfully oversee projects according to specifications, project details, and financial budgets.
- Coordinating with customers, contractors, designers, and internal teams.
- Read and comprehend blueprints, contracts, and submittals
- Improve productivity, quality, and field installation standards.
- Selling and estimating change orders and service contracts.
- Delivering customer satisfaction by executing planned installation of systems.
- Builds and maintains a professional positive relationship with the customer.
- Helps other departments accomplish their tasks more efficiently by providing key information.
- Understand and negotiate the scope of work for service and construction contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 1-5 years of project management experience.
- Understanding of blueprints, contracts, and submittals.
- Excellent multitasking, time management and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
