Position: Technician 2
Term: 3 Months, can start immediately.
Rate: $24-$27/hour
Onsite work: Required -Carrollton, TX
Shift: M-F, 6:30am-3:30pm
Requirements for Contractor
- Responsible for monitoring helpdesk and system alerts/tickets for outages and escalating them during their morning routines.
- Windows environment
- Effective verbal communication on the phone is crucial.
- Proficient in cell phones management (hardware/software) including factory reset, cleaning, repurposing, and shipping.
- Detailed oriented regarding inventory, documentation, and procedures.
- Can assist with large scale desktop migration tasks.
- Configures computer systems and communication equipment for deployment.
- Proficient in windows 10 desktop
- Images systems for mass deployments
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving moderate technical issues
- Years of Experience at Proficiency 2-5 years.
