Role: Pega Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite from Day 1)

Description:
- 5+ years Pega v8+ development experience
- Strong individual contributor.
- Self-starter, can manage their work with minimal hand-holding.
- Proven experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC and Pega BPM.
- Strong understanding of Pega rules, data model, and application architecture.
- Experience with Pega frameworks (e.g., Customer Service, Smart Dispute) is a plus.
- Proficient in Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
