Summary:
A leading Retail company is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to join their team! This role will sit on their leadership team overseeing a team of Industrial Engineers and supporting all Engineering/OPEX activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Industrial Engineers
- Support the design & installation of material handling equipment
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support CAPEX projects
- Develop and present new recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- BS in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally
