POSITION: International Account Executive
DEPARTMENT: Sales
POSITION SUMMARY: Cult Gaia is seeking a seasoned International Account Executive to manage all International wholesale accounts (both Major and Specialty). A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working directly with buyers and have a proven track record of strategically driving sales. He/she will leverage their own established list of International contacts to secure new business and will cultivate existing relationships to build brand awareness in key territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of relationships with International Accounts and agents including in-person meetings and regular, remote communications to stay abreast of selling and new developments in each market.
- Present and execute seasonal sales strategies to senior management that align with company goals.
- Lead market appointments, demonstrating an ability to influence category assortments that align with brand objectives, customers' feedback, product performance and trends.
- Manage OTB to meet financial targets for shipments, sales, inventory & profitability.
- Partner with Sales Director to react to in-season selling trends, including cross-functional solutions with Marketing and Planning.
- Actively identify long-term partnerships such as shop-in-shops, pop-ups, or marketing opportunities with international buyers to create long-term brand awareness in specific markets.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Planning, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure on time shipments and overall profitability.
- Lead market set up in Paris; assist in the setup of markets in New York.
- Oversee order entry by assistant, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in system.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong international relationships in high-end fashion.
- At least 6 years of experience with wholesale accounts and an emphasis on International Sales.
- Experience with sales tools, i.e. Joor or NetSuite preferred.
- Professional demeanor in presence and communications.
- Strong attention to detail in written communication and system.
- Proficient with Excel, analyzing data, and creating selling templates etc.
- Must be available for domestic and international travel several times per year.
