Software Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Optimize existing software development processes, ensuring consistency and best practices across multiple product development initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Create long-term product roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint goals are achieved.
- Training & Development: Develop and manage technical training programs to enhance the team's expertise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers across different disciplines to define software requirements and support technical design initiatives.
- Team Culture: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:
- Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer or Electrical), Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- 3+ years in a technical lead or engineering management role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
