COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Sign on: $100K day 1
- Partnership track: Year 1 ( practice and surgical center.)
- Paid: Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues
- Health: Paid with long term disability.
- PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
- CME: 10 days per year
- Education repayment: Through hospital
- Profit Sharing
- No revenue sharing.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
- After hours (1:4-1:5 shared)
- Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD

- Physicians are welcome to live in Ft. Collins or anywhere within 45 miles of the hospital.
