Project Manager / Principal with an interest in residential land development and other site civil design (healthcare, military, hospitality, education, recreation). - All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents
- Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
- Develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline
The principal engineer should have…
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- PE License in California
- 12+ years of relevant civil experience
- 6+ years of project management experience
