As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our range of construction equipment. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
