My client is a global leading end-to-end service provider who plan, design, build, and manage data centers. They are seeking a Estimator to analyze, support and develop bid processes for mission critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze cost data, drawings, specifications to reflect market trends and develop cost estimates
- Support the bid process and negotiations
- Liaise cross-functionally with finance and delivery teams
- Maintain up-to-date databases
Qualifications
- 5+ years construction estimating experience
- Proficient with Bluebeam
- Knowledgeable of MEP services
