Mental Health Therapist
Hours 5:30am to 1:30pm or 6am to 2pm
We are sourcing on behalf of our client, a leading outpatient treatment provider in the Mid-Atlantic region, for an experienced Mental Health Therapist. Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide other Mental Health Therapists on staff.
- Provide high-quality therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
- Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment goals, and track client progress.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and CARF standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Valid LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C license (Maryland).
- Experience with adults, children, and families is a plus.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
