Company Mission:
They enable financial institutions to digitally engage in a secure and compliant way, allowing Credit Unions, Banks, Debt Collectors, Insurance Companies, Lenders, and FinTechs to improve operations, engagement, and productivity.
They have grown 30%+ in the last 12 months, achieved $100m+ ARR, and multiple acquisitions. They are looking for a business-savvy CSO who can strategize and execute their next phase of growth including product vision and roadmap, leading them to $200m ARR and eventual exit.
What You’ll Do
Reporting into the CEO, you’ll be responsible for working with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the nation and relevant global territories. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization.
Opportunities for relocation to Hong Kong, Sydney, London or Singapore are available upon 2 years employment at the company.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps / cases issued by CEO, whether focused on revenue growth, cost optimisation, organizational effectiveness, M&A etc
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
- Be a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and to keep the projects against its agreed timelines
- Take a data driven approach to ensure overall healthiness of the organization
- Work cross functions to deliver IPO readiness
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
- Self-starter that can identify and prioritise tasks
- Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills
- Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
