EMPLOYER SUMMARY
A window covering studio in Bend Oregon is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator to assist in customer service, installation planning, and other administrative tasks. This business is a locally owned storefront that assists clients with getting the window coverings they need, and installs them with great efficiency. The Project Coordinator would be an integral part of the customer experience and efficiency of business operations.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1 year experience in project coordination, management or similar position
OR
* 2-3 years' experience in office administration
PREFERENCES
* Experience and knowledge with QuickBooks systems
* Some customer service experience in person and/or over the phone
JOB DUTIES
* Create timelines and schedules for various elements of workload done by other staff members
* Develop relationships with clients and vendors, and oversee the procurement of needed materials for project completion
* Talk with customers to ensure satisfaction and requests are addressed accordingly
* Develop a knowledge of the window covering product base to help with daily duties
* Oversee current and upcoming projects through consistent communication until project completion
HOURS
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
PAY
* $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
