Our client a multi strategy hedge fund is seeking a Global Office and Facilities Manager
This role will require travel and manage all the office across the US. The candidate must understand logistical moves, facilities management, running offices, seating charts, events, catering, working with investors and stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for working with the legal team on lease negotiations, contracts, real estate understanding and coordinating new office spaces.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in this space within a private equity, or hedge fund, or venture capital fund. Multiple offices, and handling all the day to day of these offices including hiring a team, scheduling and maintaining constant contact.
This role is based in NYC with travel
