Are you ready to take your Business Development career to the next level? We are currently seeking a highly qualified Business Development Representative (mid-level) to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our Director of Client Services while driving growth across all our markets and services, including healthcare, science & technology, and academic facilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Reports to the Marketing and Business Development Manager and supports Director of Client Services, Client Services Team, and Administrative Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead generation via outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries across all markets and services.
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Federal, healthcare, science & technology, and academic markets; focusing on acquire (new) clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services, marketing/business development manager, and the entire sales team to achieve company-wide goals.
- Generate reporting for the weekly market leader meeting.
- Conduct market research for potential clients within F&T’s markets/services and pursue opportunities with them.
Education and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with Federal clients.
- Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Familiarity with the engineering and construction industry.
- Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (ex., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Understanding MEP engineering and construction services is a plus.
